Membrane vacuum press [TF-160H/300H/350H]
Membrane vacuum presses of TF series are specially designed for preheating and shaping of solid surface materials (Corian, Hi Macs, Staron, Hanex, Kerrock and others), as well for acrylic material and for thermoplastic forming. TF series vacuum presses are combined solution of including functions of two separate machines: vacuum press and preheating oven, and this greatly increases functionality of the press. The model range consist three models: TF-160H, TF-300H and TF-350H.
Area of applications
Thermoforming
Preheating and 2D and 3D vacuum forming of thermoplastic and acrylic materials. Production of worktops, sinks, shells, bar counters, bathrooms, window sills and elements of the interior.
Woodworking
Veneering and laminating of flat and curved surfaces. Coating of simple profiles of veneer, leather, paper and plastic. Gluing of 2D curved parts.

Construction
Welded construction.
Working surface from 12mm HPL board.
Membrane
Silicone membrane ,elasticity till 700%, maximal temperature till 240C, thickness 2mm.
Optional: Thickness 3, 4mm.
Vacuum system
BECKER oil free vacuum pump. Pressure tank 15l. Air filter.
System of vacuum control and automatic pump stop.
Preheating system
Two-side heating.
Temperature control with PID regulation.
Heating plate from anodized aluminum.
Pneumatic actuator of upper plate of heating.
Control
Temperature controllers. Two position operating valve. Vacuum meter. Vacuum level relay. Turn On switch.
