Natural rubber membrane [45 Shore A red / grey]
Natural rubber membranes - is a high quality red / grey, composite vulcanized natural membrane. The membrane can be supplied with a smooth or cloth finish. The membranes has high tear strength, high elongation at break and outstanding heat ageing properties.
Area of application
Natural rubber membranes has been specially developed for use in membrane presses in the wood industry. It is particularly suited for hot bonding PVC sheet to chipboard. The membranes have an exceptionally long service life due to their outstanding heat resistance. It has a non-staining surface for use with the latest pvc foils. Can be used for foil and veneer vacuum pressing up to 120 °C.
